The coronavirus outbreak has changed the health related behaviours of people in Scotland over a longer time period than was ever envisaged and the results are clear.
Whilst there have been some positive changes the overwhelming message is of poorer diet quality, reduced physical activity levels, poorer mental wellbeing and weight gain.
