Outdoor visits and engagement with nature during the Coronavirus lockdown wave 2
NatureScot has published the second wave of research into how our relationship with the outdoors and nature has changed as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, carried out in partnership with Scottish Forestry, the Cairngorms National Park Authority and Paths for All.
Wave 2 of the survey, undertaken in September 2020, relates to outdoor visits and engagement with nature during the period from around mid-August to mid-September. Where appropriate, comparisons have been made with the results from Wave 1 of the survey which covered the initial lockdown period from March to May.
